Harry Sobel, Ph.D., is President and a founding partner of Sobel & Raciti Associates, Inc. Dr. Sobel has a Ph.D. from Boston College, a Master's from Purdue University, and B.A. from Lehigh University. He has held positions at Brown University Program in Medicine, Mass General Hospital, Boston College, The Miriam Hospital, and Harvard Medical School.

From 1981-1985 he hosted a daily issues-oriented talk show on WRKO Boston that received national media attention. Dr. Sobel has conducted training throughout the country and is actively involved in executive and managerial coaching. He has also served on various boards and as a faculty resource to YPO, the Young President's Organization, and has been very active within the Northeast Human Resources Association.

Dr. Sobel has consulted to hundreds of organizations and corporations over the past 20 years, been a frequent keynote speaker on a wide variety of topics, and has authored many articles and two books.
