Michael A. Raciti, Ph.D., is Chief Operating Officer and a founding partner of Sobel & Raciti Associates, Inc. Dr. Raciti has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and has been a Clinical Assistant Professor at The Brown University Medical School since 1986. He brings to S&R a valuable blend of business background and professional accomplishments.

Dr. Raciti was previously the Director of Clinical Services and Training with the Center for Health Promotion at The Miriam Hospital in Providence, a Brown University affiliated teaching hospital. In addition to his clinical, training, and managerial responsibilities, he has obtained significant experience in organizational development, consulting, and management training. He has been actively involved in research, health promotion at the worksite, conflict resolution, and the training of mental health professionals.

Dr. Raciti has had relevant business experience in marketing and in advertising from his prior employment with Weightman, Inc. Advertising of Philadelphia. He has made numerous media appearances and lectures on conflict resolution, stress management, anger control, EAPS, and worksite wellness.

As an organizational consultant, Michael spends considerable time serving as a resource to managers and executives. He conducts individual and group interventions for human resources departments throughout the U.S. Dr. Raciti also manages S&R's Critical Intervention Teams, located in all 50 States and Canada.
