Our mission is accomplished by the application of psychological and systems consultation and counseling to working people, their families, executives, managers and Human Resources professionals. We consistently help our clients identify practical solutions through a number of key services. Our primary service is the delivery of comprehensive Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) as a confidential and private benefit provided by employers at no cost to their work force. We also accomplish our mission through executive interventions, team facilitations, organizational assessments, employee opinion surveys, managerial coaching, TEAMcheck assessments, and onsite educational training seminars.

Our goal is to provide consistently high quality, accessible and efficient counseling, consultation and information for the thousands of people we speak with each year. We have crisis intervention availability 24 hours per day, maintain crisis teams and counselors in North America, and are focused on preserving the confidentiality of our clients. For over 20 years, S&R Associates has listened to the diverse needs and issues of people from all walks of life, always trying to respond with practical, professional and solutions-oriented perspectives.
