 TEAMcheck is designed for use with teams of 5 or more members who work
together closely, have a well-defined leader, and who are interested in
obtaining a quick assessment of current alignment trends. TEAMcheck should not be used to identify individual performance. The instrument
is an assessment of the team, by itself, with the added advantage that it
highlights differences between members and their leader. It can be a helpful
tool for:
- New team leaders interested in assessing their effectiveness in leading their teams.
- Seasoned team leaders whose teams may be underperforming
- Managers of teams who want to monitor progress
